Dzogchen Longde methods are there to bring you to a point where you are beyond any doubts that this is the natural state, this is the Tao state, this is the experience of God...
You may have diverse 'spiritual' experiences... can you affirm without doubts: this is it, I need not search any more, I have no doubts that this is the true primordial condition, the self perfected nature and condition of my Being?
Life is made of three types of experiences:
Longde practice is a science of how our inner energy functions, and how we can modify its flow and circulation.
Longde practices take into account:
By applying these precise methods one can directly experience the Natural State.
The Natural State can be experienced within the
three types of experiences connected to sensation, clarity, emptiness, and the
fourth experience which is their combination.
We call this the four Da...
The four Da (actions):
In these teachings each Da will be associated to a series of Tsa Lung yoga to amplify each experience: sensation, clarity and emptiness. This teaching is all about methods that permit to you experience your primordial condition or natural state directly without any concepts and ideas.
By having direct knowledge of your Natural State within the four Da one goes beyond doubts.
When you experience the natural state while practicing each Da it will be clear to you that this is it, there is nothing else to search or seek for.
To enhance and stabilize the experience of the four Da, and go beyond any obstacles in practice or energy, we have Tsa Lung practices.
What is Tsa Lung Thigle
Tsa Lung Thigle is a Tibetan yoga of movement, or Trul Khor. This yoga can clear the channels, and any stagnation in the channels that are connected to karmic traces. These magical movements enhance life force and wellness of body, breath and mind.
Tsa means Channels
Lung means Prana
Thigle means sphere of light, or bindu
This ancient yoga is very important today, due to the different obscurations that we get from technology which can bring sadness, depression, stagnation of energy and heaviness or pressure in different parts of the body.
The three Tsa Lung practices associated with Longde
This is from a terma teaching received by Dhaya Dorje in the Himalayas.
By practicing these very accessible Tsa Lung, we can overcome all the different obstacles and disturbances from modern life. This also brings more capacity of integration of the four Da.
"If you have a meditation/yoga practice but feel stagnant, feel called to have a daily practice but feel lost in the sea of information, or simply feel energetically blocked and overwhelmed, like something is holding you back but you just don’t know what - I highly recommend you reach out to my friend - Dhaya Dorje. He is a deeply seasoned practitioner in a variety of lineages (from Tibetan Buddhism to Thai Yoga) and even over a video chat is able to tune in to where you are stuck - thereby illuminating your blind spots and offering clarity as to what is holding you back, and what you can do to enjoy, cherish, and dance with all aspects of life...even in these strange times! I encourage you, even if you feel only the slightest bit inspired, to reach out...this planet, humanity, needs you at your best!"
